Three journalists from Russian media following the Familiarization Trip (famtrip) visit some tourist destinations of Indonesia to promote culture and tourism in Indonesia. They will write article about Indonesia tourism and will be published in the Russian media. The three journalists were Leonid Perskiy from Interfax News Agency, Irina Nekhoroskina of the state news agency RIA Novosti and Andrey Grechannik of the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda, said Second Secretary Embassy in Moscow, London Enjay Diana told AFP on Wednesday.
Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus Djauhari Oratmangun in a meeting with reporters in his office, expressed his appreciation to all the news agencies and the Russian media that sends reporters famtrip activities. He hoped that this program will give more news and information on the areas of tourist destinations published in the Russian media.He said that this program is an excellent opportunity to see the potential of tourism in Indonesia.
"Seeing once is better than hearing a thousand times," said Mr Djauhari Oratmangun after telling glimpse of the beauty of the beaches and attractions in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Bali and Lombok to be visited.
There’s not just natural beauty and tropical climate in Indonesia to enjoy but a culinary tour of Indonesia is another choice.
Irina Nekhoroskina of Ria Novosti very enthusiastic about the program that will be held include plans to enjoy the beauty of the sea in Indonesia and took pictures of the marine Indonesia.
Meanwhile, another journalist Leonid Perskiy representing gratitude and appreciation to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, which has provided the opportunity to participate in the program famtrip.
Famtrip program for journalists / travel writers Russian is an annual program organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in cooperation with the Embassy in Moscow took place on 26 September to 3 October to visit tourism objects in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Bali and Lombok
Famtrip destination will be visited include the Old Town in Jakarta, Yogyakarta Palace, watching the Ramayana Ballet at Prambanan, Borobudur temple, Pura Taman Ayun, Beratan Lake and Tanah Lot in Bali. In Lombok the journalists would be taken witness the beauty of Gili Trawangan, Senaru Village and Waterfall Sendanggile and watch Lombok songket weaving.
